Martha Diamandopoulou
Legal Counsel
Martha is a senior lawyer who has worked in all areas of Greek Civil Law for over a decade. Early in her career she worked alongside well known criminologists in Greece and acquired vast knowledge in difficult and complex cases.
To date she has completed hundreds of contracts in property law and real estate with a large portion of these for families seeking residency by investment. Martha is dedicated to her profession with a deep commitment to excellence and attention to detail while at the same time she remains approachable and well mannered.

Giannis Kapsis
Senior Tax & Accounting Specialist
Giannis has worked for some of the big accounting firm names in Greece and has extensive experience in accounting especially in relation to Real Estate. He is tasked with managing the general and niche accounting of the firm. He provides support, and processes all accounts payable so that the company remains compliant with the banks and tax authorities.

Sonia is a Senior Sales Consultant within the company. She holds an impressive record in her sales career within high ticket item sales ranging from luxury cars to yachts and property. She stands out for her stellar people skills and customer management abilities.

Evgenia Sgardeli
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager Evgenia ensures all operations run smoothly in accordance with company policy and standards to maximize efficiency. She ensures all operations are handled smoothly and in a quick manner for the benefit of clients, suppliers and office staff.
Evgenia has almost 20 years experience in HR, Recruitment and Organizational roles making her ideal to coordinate complex situations.
She holds a diploma in Art Conservation and has studied Interior Design in her earlier career.

Angelos is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Heritage Group, and he is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategy, its international activities and expansion.Using clear objectives, values and vision he creates an environment of respect, open communication and equal opportunities for the people who make up the company.As an accomplished and results-driven individual with over 20 years experience in real estate sales, project and teams management he leverages his strategic mindset to guide the company’s growth and efficiency with unwavering focus.
Angelos holds a BSc. In Biomedical Science and an MSc in Phychology from Kings College London and Greenwich Universities.

Chadi Hallil
Civil Engineering & Planner
Chadi works closely with the company to produce architectural plans, 2D and 3D graphics and layouts for the projects under development helping our clients visualize the products months before their realisation.
He brings ideas to life through mood boards and photorealistic plans for complex and demanding spaces to create value and good aesthetics in every building.
